Junior Design Consultant
We are hiring Junior Design Consultants who have experience in Sales & Marketing. We are seeking motivated individuals who will work with our existing and new customers. The ideal candidates must enjoy working with people and have the ability to communicate effectively. As a design consultant, you will help facilitate the day-to-day sales transactions from our web site and existing customers.

Required Skills
* 1 � 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
* Self motivated, strong management & good organizational skills, excellent phone and written communication skills.
* Proactive, creative problem solver who develops solutions that save time, cut cost and ensure consistent sales.
* Must feel comfortable in communicating and interacting with customers online and on the phone.
* Ability to make decisions independently and work with a team.

Web Application Developer
The position will involve designing, building web pages using HTML, Javascript (client-side and server-side), BroadVision Application Server and Oracle Database.

Required Skills
* Good knowledge of all common browsers and familiarity with their characteristics and incompatibilities.
* Excellence and proficiency with server-side JavaScript, application server, databases and networking.
* Good knowledge in object oriented programming.
* Proficiency in the areas of hand coded HTML, web design and layout tools, CSS, XML and related web GUI technologies.
* Ability to manage self and team on complex projects and day to day site maintenance.

Additional Skills
* Good knowledge on Google AdWords and keyword usage - optimizing both organic searches and paid.

eMarketing Manager
The position will involve search engine optimization, search engine marketing, checking position on Google and testing/ tracking / analyzing and making reports to improve rankings.

Required Skills
* Manage and optimize organic and paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and other appropriate search engines.
* Manage paid search bids for maximum paid search exposure, demand generation, and ROI efficiency. Build out keywords in new growth areas and create compelling, action-driven SEM copy.
* Monitor and analyze online campaign performance on daily, weekly and monthly in order to fine tune search and banner ad campaigns.
* Define, create, and execute e-mail marketing and promotional programs.
* Planning, implementation and maintenance of web based marketing.
* Implement and maintain promotions, banner advertising, special pricing and other marketing initiatives.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
