How do I search for rugs?
There are two main ways to search for rugs. You can search by rug attributes from the search page or use the eRugGallery.com patented visual search technology. To do a search by attributes (shape, size, category, price), just click on 'search' in the navigation column of any page on the eRugGallery.com site. To use the visual search technology, simply click on the 'Show Similar Rugs' button on any rug details page or thumbnail image. If you happen to know the exact rug that you're looking for, you may enter the specific rug ID number in the 'Rug ID Search' field from the "Search" page.

How do I create a Personal Gallery?
A Personal Gallery is a powerful tool for you to keep track of the rugs that you find and might want to try at home. Click on 'Join eRug Club' in the navigation column of any page on the eRugGallery.com site. You will find the benefits of eRug Club membership and can become a member. After joining the eRug Club, you will be able to access your Personal Gallery. In addition, if you would like a Design Consultant to put together a free Personal Gallery for you, just email help@eRugGallery.com or give us a call (toll-free) at 1-888-611-RUGS, and we'll be happy to help you save some time.

When will my credit card be charged?
eRugGallery.com will charge your credit card the day the rug is shipped to you.

When will I receive my rug?
In most cases, you will receive your rug within 2 weeks of your order to try at rug at home. eRugGallery.com sends out most rugs via UPS ground.

Who is responsible for the cost of shipment?
eRugGallery.com offers Free Shipping-Even Returns! This is part of our risk-free "Try It Before You Buy It" policy. Free shipping offer applies to all rugs with a purchase price over $199.00 which are shipped via eRugGallery.com shipper of choice within the continental United States. We regret that we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact our customer service at 888-611-RUGS (7847) for any non-continental U.S. locations.

Do I need to be present when the rug is being delivered?
Yes. A signature will be required upon delivery of your rug.

Who is responsible if the rug is lost before I receive it?
Proper insurance coverage has been provided by eRugGallery.com in order to cover the cost of such loss.

From "My Homepage" choose "Account Settings." In "Account Settings" you can change your e-mail, password and mailing address.

How do I return a rug?
Within 180 days of receiving your rug, you may initiate a return process by contacting our customer support team at (888) 611-7847 or send an email to help@eRugGallery.com.

How do I track my order and shipment?
After you place your order, we send you a confirmation e-mail. When your order is shipped we will contact you by email again with the necessary information. At any time, you can check the status of your order under "Order History" in "My Homepage."

Do I need to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Only California residents must pay sales tax on rug orders. There are no sales tax charges for customers outside of California.
